Meeting Jesus at the Feast
Wednesdays | 6:30 – 7:45 p.m.
Onsite | Room 6
Starting Jan. 15th
Led by Bob Wendel & Doug Whitacre
God revealed over a thousand years ahead of time His grand plan of redemption and salvation through His Son Jesus. God did this by establishing a series of feasts that the Jews were to celebrate on a yearly basis. In this 14-week study we will look at the Old Testament feasts and see how they foreshadowed the life, ministry, and resurrection of Christ.
By understanding the feasts and their connection to the coming Messiah, you will develop a whole new appreciation for the grand narrative and truth of Scripture. Through the feasts we learn that the gospel is in the Old concealed and in the New revealed. Come and study with us as we uncover the treasures found in God’s Word and discover the scarlet thread running through the entire Bible.

God of Freedom: Study of Exodus

Led by Karen Whitacre & Sue Wendel
In this 10-week study of Exodus 19–40, journey through the story of how God shepherds His newly-liberated children into an understanding of what their freedom means: lives consecrated for service to God and to one another. Revisit familiar scenes of the giving of the Ten Commandments, the idolatrous worship of a golden calf, and of the details of the tabernacle. And with fresh perspective, ask what these stories teach God’s children today about how to live as those set free.
